Easy process! Applied online, someone contacted me promptly to discuss my needs and off we went. They were 3 weeks late on my quoted close dates though, through no fault of my own. Between the virus and heavy demand I understand it
Last time I did this with Pennymac the loan process went great and the title part was horrible. This time, the title company was great but the communication of penny mac paled. I had to call weekly to ask about the process, I feel I should be contacted once a week to ensure me everything is on schedule. I did not get anything until I contacted brian butler for an update. She was concise and accurate in all the information she gave. And it was a very pleasant experience.
Terrible accuracy of closing documents, when the notary was coming out, and who it was. Reassignment of notaries happened without any notification to me. The documents were inaccurate and it took several attempts and calls to try and resolve issues. I hoped for accuracy after we missed closing the first time due to bad docs and no one answering the phone. But we were still fixing things right before 2nd closing despite asking to reschedule closing again due to wrong documents an hour prior.
Everyone was helpful, always available and vey knowledgeable of the processes. That said, Jesses was the best! We had a ton of questions, some probably redundant, but he always took his time in answering. We were never made to feel like a bother. He was awesome!!!
Jacob was a great advisor. He answered all my questions with knowledge and patience. He made the re-fi process pleasant, rather than a chore.
