I felt high anxiety during the entire process as it was impossible to communicate with my loan officer. Our m.a.c. team coordinator was responsive but she could only do so much. I do understand there were limitations due to Covid. I was particularly unsatisfied with our pay offs. They were never updated, and therefore inaccurate. I will say that your online system worked very well, unless you had a question. Then it was impossible to speak to someone.
Charisse was very kind, attentive, and profession throughout our refinancing. Whenever we had a question, she was able to provide an answer quickly and so we could maintain clarity with the details. Thank you for making this process an enjoyable and stress free experience.

We have done several loans with Pennymac, they are always very professional and fast at getting our closing done.
Had to haggle and prove that another company was giving a better rate before they offered to match. At closing was told I was receiving about a thousand, turned out they charged me about 80$ and then refunded it. I understand they are extremely busy but considering we are all struggling for money that one thousand could have helped and the constant changing at the last minute is ridiculous. Reason I stayed was because I was out the appraisal and the rate was good after they price matched.
