On time and on budget
This was the smoothest home mortgage experience I’ve ever had. From the responsive loan officer to the loan processor, Sandra. Everything went as expected and even better. I would highly recommend this team to anyone when they are purchasing a home.
Let's see, where to start. Firstly, Heather was great. She was super nice and responsive. However, I had about 6 different people who touched my loan and she was the only "good" one. There were so many problems with my loan I don't even have room here to go over it all here.
Seems like the loan officer and the "team" were out of sync a few times.
