It couldn't be easier. Every time I called him, even he couldn't answer -cause of meetings or was on the phone with another customer- he was good returning my calls same day. I had many questions and he is very knowledgeable and I can tell he's a "peoples person", it was an easy process. Thank you
It took several communications to get our documents correct. Didn't seem to communicate between the loan officer and agent. We saw various scenarios given to us. The day we were to close we were not contacted that there will be a change in the Notary until after the initial time, person, therefore, we had to reschedule the closing the next day which required updated documents. It was a very annoying and didn't go very smoothly.
I thought the people I worked with directly were on top of things and able to get back to me quickly, but the loan did take an unusually long time.
Brandon was in constant communication and updated me without fail each Friday. I appreciated his patience and help at times where we had to walk through a number of documents online. Everything from initial estimates to final signing was smooth sailing.
Penny was able to process my loan application quickly and timely. The process for reviewing and accepting an appraisal appeal took a lot of time. Loan servicing has a bit to be desired as the systems Pennymac uses are a bit dated and aren’t able to accept partial payments.
The team was quick, efficient, and met all expectations. It was an easy process for me and I appreciated how quickly it all went.
No one told us not to pay our taxes so we spent extra money. Took weeks for everyone to understand we didn't want an escrow. Other than that everything was great!
The team was always quick to answer my questions and resolve issues that happened to ensure refinance happened as fast as possible. The Covid pandemic made things go slow but PennyMac did their best to get things taken care of as efficiently as possible.
