To many people kept communicating with me when I thought my point of contact was Erica. They would request the same items she requested and when I responded back to them I never heard anything back from them. The closing documents kept changing and the cashless settlement kept having to be reintegrated to penny Mac. My documents kept showing cash was being brought to the table. I had to fight to get this corrected. The settlement was was longer then I wanted.
Kami was wonderful! She kept me informed throughout the process. I felt she always had my best interest. I have bought, sold and refinanced a number of times and this was the easiest due to Kami’s help.
Everything and everyone were great!
I thought since we currently had our mortgage with PennyMac, it would go a lot faster. That is what it is. My biggest "complaint" would be the extreme lack of communication. The person I originally was dealing with was very attentive to my concerns and VERY quick to respond. The person I ended up with was not at all. They were VERY nice the 2 times I spoke to them, but they were not at all attentive and VERY slow to contact me....even sometimes upon my contacting them more than once.
From the application process all the way to the closing documents, Kyle and his team did an amazing job with updates and check ins along the way. Thank you to Kyle and his team. Raymond Hilko
PennyMac has a awesome team. Nicholas Guerrero was great in every area in helping me with my refinance loan. I also want to thank Michael Payne he was the first to answer the phone when I call and helping me get on the right track for this loan and getting the team to help me threw it all. I based this on previous loans and refinance with Penny Mac that the loan closing was faster and the communication was more active.
