Very good experience
Juan was very attentive and worked hard to make our expedited close date a reality.
I think the communication was hindered by the change in process due to COVID. Also, we received several different quotes of money expected at closing. Everything seemed very last minute.
Edna was awesome very polite and had no problems explainning any question we had and also loved that she was able to come tonour home.
Enjoyable experience with people who know what they are doing .

I had multiple inquiries which were not answered. I was told on several occasions by one person that I needed to provide some more documentation and another person telling me everything was ok. Each blamed the other department -- which was NOT my problem!!!!!!!! The closing was about to be cancelled less than 48 hours before signing due to this miscommunication. I will NOT be recommending you to anybody I know that's for sure.
Been to the process before it was easy , smooth. This time around felt abandoned, no guidance , no communication , no respect for my requests and treated poorly from A to Z. Coronavirus cannot ne use as an excuse to not provide customer service and accurate information especially during such an important process like refinancing. I felt like no one enjoy working at penny Mac and made the customer suffer. 4 months process ridiculous
