Easy process! Applied online, someone contacted me promptly to discuss my needs and off we went. They were 3 weeks late on my quoted close dates though, through no fault of my own. Between the virus and heavy demand I understand it
Last time I did this with Pennymac the loan process went great and the title part was horrible. This time, the title company was great but the communication of penny mac paled. I had to call weekly to ask about the process, I feel I should be contacted once a week to ensure me everything is on schedule. I did not get anything until I contacted brian butler for an update. From start to finish the process progressed without a hitch. Gayle and Daniell were great! They answered all my questions and put me at ease that everything was on track. Closing was so quick and effortless. I had others trying to get my business, but they weren't as professional as my MAC Team. That's why I'm thrilled I stayed with PennyMac. Thanks for everything.

Everyone was helpful, always available and vey knowledgeable of the processes. That said, Jesses was the best! We had a ton of questions, some probably redundant, but he always took his time in answering. We were never made to feel like a bother. He was awesome!!!
