My interactions with Brandon were fine it is Tracey we had many issues. Also had issue with 2 people being on the loan and people not knowing it. Multiple requests for documents that I emailed which makes me nervous. Your system for looking at documents has an upload section but we were told not to use it. Your system was not the most user friendly. As well as the secured emails from Tracey. It should have been a smooth process as we had all docs from a re-if we just finished.

During this loan process documents that had already been requested and submitted were requested multiple times after. While going through the process the agent was unable to provide accurate information as it pertained to why closing amounts increased and if certain payments would be applied to my closing amount. During the process I received a few emails that stated that I would be contacted every 7 days in reference to my loan and that was not accurate. Sometimes it would be almost two weeks.

The service was great and there was constant communication with our home lender officer. The process was a bit long but it was understandable due to current situation. I would recommend Pennymac to others for loan services.

I felt like I could not get in touch with anyone when I had a question about my rate being locked. I left messages and emails. Now I'm confused as to how to log into my account to pay the mortgage on December 1. I have not received any instructions on how to do so. I have only received emails about the loan being funded and funds electronically disbursed and now a survey twice. I was waiting until I got info on how to log on to my account with my new loan number and pay my mortgage bf comp
