PennyMac Loan Services handled my refinance quickly and professionally. They were there to answer all of my questions. However, while signing closing papers we realized that a mistake had been made on my name on about half of the papers. I think this was a mistake on the banks part, and not PennyMac, but I do not know for sure. Now we will likely have to redo our refinance process or at least do a quitclaim deed, which is frustrating.

Everything was excellent up to the final week. I didn't get the final closing disclosure after I submitted the last requested documentation, so I didn't know what the final cash to close amount was. On closing day I had to contact the escrow agent to see how much money we needed that day.

The entire refinance process with PennyMac was superb. I was already a client so I was glad when PennyMac reached out to me concerning a refinance option on my existing mortgage loan due to decreasing interest rates.
