My loan officer quite within a week of closing and did not file required documents. No one from Penny Mac contacted me and it took me two days to speak to someone to get a status of my loan and fix the issues. My closing was delayed by 9 days because of penny Mac.
Rhonda was knowledgeable, friendly and great to work with!
If they found my uploaded documents easily and the first time sent. I sent the same documents several times. I almost switched banks at the end doe to lack of communication.
