The process went by pretty quick although I feel like they could return inquiries via email in a more timely manner. Overall it was a good experience

Overall, everything was smooth. From the beginning of the process to the very end.
Penny Mac gave me the best rate and made the re-finance process simple. Their rate was better than USAA and Navy Federal, if you have never used Penny Mac, give them a chance.
Paperwork should have been accurate, I had to call a few times to get things straightened out.

TOOK 3 WEEKS TO GET A RESPONSE FROM LOAN OFFICER TATE MACKRELL REGARDING REQUESTED AMENDMENT TO URLA DOCUMENT. LET HIM AND HIS MANAGER MARC HENRY SEVERAL PHONE AND EMAIL MESSAGES WITH NO RESPONSE. IT WAS NOT UNTIL I FOUND OUT WHO OFFICE MGR WAS AND EMAILED RICH FERRE FOR ASSISTANT REGARDING MY UNANSWERED INQUIRY DID I FINALLY RECEIVE A CALL FROM TATE MACKRELL.
