I live overseas on military orders. Despite explaining this, I still received calls and voicemails in the middle of the night. When I asked if we can continue via email rather than playing phone tag, I felt that it was easily dismissed. I understand there are a lot of clients right now, but recommend more flexibility with respect to communication means.

The loan took 110 days from application to closing. That in and of itself is ridiculous but with the current rate environment could be seen as understandable. I’m still not sure where the escrow funds from my previous loan are. I couldn’t get a clear answer where they were going, if they were getting refunded to me or applied to principle or how to tell if it was applied to the principle. Their portal doesn’t work half the time to e-sign and My loan officer never reached out to email me them
