The overall process took longer than expected; however, Brianna was excellent at communication and kept me in the loop very well!

The entire process very easy, convenient and timely. The whole MAC TEAM was friendly, professional, courteous and communicated very well. Couldn't have had a better experience.
Communication was lackluster at best and downright frustrating most of the time. Requests for financial documents were vague, and when we called for clarification, we received generic answers that didn't clarify what was actually being requested. Phone conversations made us feel like a burden, and our support constantly tried to get off the phone with us as quickly as possible. This was my third mortgage with PennyMac - it's likely my last.
Nathan was fantastic! He followed up on a question that I had and then sent me weekly updates so that I knew exactly where we were in the loan process. Thanks for making this quick and easy! We are so excited about our new loan and rate.

Communication during the process was minimal. Emails went unanswered, the same documents were requested multiple times after they were submitted, and I did not receive any communication about closing documents. The only individual who contacted me about closing was the notary. The process took far longer than I anticipated and was given no indication as to why.
