I had to go through the entire process twice due to a tax exemption issue on your end
My first loan officer was terrible, started the process at the end of May and did not close untilthe end of Octiber. Luckily Jeannette took over and tbe while process went smooth from there. If she had not taken over, i would have used a different company.
