We had problems at every turn, but there are a couple of things that really frustrated my husband and me. Firstly, we would get requests for documents and I would send them. Then I would receive email after email asking for the document I’d already produced. Finally, we are in EST and I would get phone calls way too late in the evening. She would call 3-4 times in a row which is so incredibly rude.
It was a great and excellent experience working with pennymac they did there best to give me the best rate they could and I’m very happy with the outcome saving alot of money very thankful
Straight forward and easy process.
The closing was ahead of schedule, all my questions were answered and explained in a timely manner.
Unpleasant and stressful experience. PM added my husbands name on the title when that was never requested, and even spelled his middle name Incorrectly for both closings (asked his name to be corrected the second time, it was not). The first closing was incomplete because of poor coordination with the title company. I followed up as the issue was unfolding and nothing was done. Even the second closing was disorganized. Very disappointing, stressful and wasted a lot of time. Nick was helpful.

Slow processing not a lot of communication at the beginning. But got a lot better at the end when Brandon was the contact person.
You required thatbtounpay my property taxes 2 month earlier than required and then required proof I have the funds to transfer the funds to you when funds were already transferred.
The process was quick and easy even when I kinda got stuck on a step I was called back and explained the process . They actually closed quicker than I expected and worked around my time frame while I was on vacation. Everything was prepared and ready when I returned and the agent wore a mask and was friendly and we maintained our social distancing as well.i literally have nothing at all to say negative about of the people or process.
