Too much delay on closing process... It took 2 full months to close. Also, communication was not the best.
The loan processing agents were excellent and called me weekly to keep me posted on the status of my application. They also promptly returned all of my phone calls and addressed all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. They worked around my schedule which made the entire process quick and painless.
