Jennette was great and made the process easy and seamless.
Gina was fairly consistent with weekly updates, even on the weekends, which I really appreciated. It took a while to close but I know why and Gina stayed in touch which made me feel confident things were moving despite the delays. She was very friendly and I felt like she cared.
So far so good! Great communication and very helpful.
The overall experience was very good
My loan processor, Timothy was amazing in so many ways. He always answered his phone, did his very best to answer any and all questions I had. He was very friendly, and professional and went the extra mile to help me. When he needed answers elsewhere, there was not always somebody to help. It was also nearly impossible for him and I to reach our loan officer when there were additional questions in regards to the loan. It was not the best experience, took so long, but Timothy was wonderful!!!
Everything happened as hoped, very fast.
The loan process went quickly and efficiently. It went very smoothly. My calls were returned promptly.
Overall easy process to refinance. Would absolutely use them again.
