First, Andrea was great, but I only had interaction for the last week or so, as the person previously assigned to my file was no longer with PennyMac. My experience with that individual ( Marques Lusk?) Was mediocre at best and tarnished my entire perspective of the process with PennyMac. I would have never expected a refi with my current lender to take over 100 days. I also would expect the associates working my file and pushing things through do more than check the box. Good riddens.

Never answered my phone calls did not receive paperwork I asked for different information I was told on phone bad service very unprofessional
Molly did a great job communicating with me and my expectation was meet
Max made the process effortless even though we are experiencing a global pandemic at the moment. It took a little while but that was expected as everything is moving a little slower as we navigate this new world presented to us. I am glad we were provided with Max for our process, communication was on point.
