Great experience because staff was professional and willing to be flexible with our time frame which kept changing due to a family illness and unexpected travel out of state.
I contacted Penny Mac (my existing mortgage holder) to ask about refinancing after seeing dozens of TV commercials about refinancing VA loans. From the first call to the closing, everyone was great.
