Nestor and Faiza were absolutely great! Easiest mortgage process that I have ever experienced! They were supportive and kind throughout the entire process! Any time I had questions or needed anything, they were both easily accessible & eager help!
Faiza was great, clear, and fast with communication. This really helped to get the process approved quickly.
The process was very fast. I know it’s ordinarily a 30 to 45 day process. I had to write a LOE to explain a discrepancy in my address. That was underwriting nonsense- especially since Pennymac sends all correspondence to the correct address.

Everyone was quick, cordial and friendly, helpful and on point with any updates.
Smooth process had a few hiccups, but the loan processing team was on top of it and resolved everything quickly.

The only concern I had during this entire process was when the lady came to my house to assist with the closing. She seemed confused about the paperwork, did not go over really ANY of the details of what I was signing and she had trouble reading docs
