The loan process took much longer than anticipated and advised by William Hang. I tried reaching him with no success until this very day. I was double charged an appraisal fee of $475.00. The loan processor Hermes Mejia stated in multiple occasions he would follow up and didn't. We have 3 loans with Pennymac and this is how you treat us? I have reached out to refinance our other two properties for three weeks now and no one has called back. I should take my business elsewhere!
She was always available when we phone her, if not she returned our call(s) within a timely period. I even called her twice in the same day and she was so gracious to answer me each time and reminded me of to call anytime i had questions. I so appreciated Bridgette!! Tyler Richard's dont call you back at all when promised just keeps you waiting 3 weeks went by no phone call or e mail I was ready to go with another company but niemen was very helpful that's what I finished the loan you should to have him with your company ty Frank
