It's always easy to work with Pennymac. Good communicators.
My loan officer was amazing. He spent time with me discussing different rates and options and finding the best option for our family. Kudos to him all around. However was overworked, over stressed, and he constantly under preformed. He was delayed returning calls and I had to call him most times. When he was behind, he tried to blame my closing attorney, the title officer, and the closer. I had to call supervisors and several people at pennymac to make sure we would close on time.
all were polite, knowledgeable and professional
elizabeth was a very knowledgeable, personable, understanding and know her job excellently, walked us through each and every step, if we didn't understand she was there to explain and in a very quick manner, never left us dangling, our loan was processed in a very timely manner, i would recommend pennymac immediately if elizabeth was your team member, pennymac has a gem on their team
I love this company. The efficiency and integrity of the company will s beyond reproach. I had a higher interest rate with PennyMac and it was with their recommendation that I refinanced. Overall this was a benefit to me and not the best financial result for the company due to the significant interest rate reduction. I am gracious and thankful that I am partnered with a company with such high ethical character. Well done PennyMac team.

As a Real Estate Broker I have an expectation of just how the loan process should and should not go. This is my second refinance with PennyMAC and, as the first time, it has exceeded my expectations for a smooth closing.
It was the MAC team that failed to respond to my query when they sent me a documents for e-sign without a given code. I replied backed to ask for a pin code but no one replied very disappointed. It was Mr Liem Nguyen who i communicated with to provide me a pin code. He replied immediately if i need some information, very helpful. Very thankful to him.
