Communication was horrible. Closing date changed several times due to no fault of my own. Loan Disclosure documents were inaccurate. Loan process took two weeks longer than anticipated. No one even scheduled my first closing although I was expecting it. I lost thousands of dollars from working as I am a truck driver and had to take off of work on the days I assumed I was closing. I had a hard time getting a call back or email response. I had an agent tell me I have other important clients. Worst

more accurate communication of loan and costs
The only complaint I had was the title company and the lawyer for the closing could not get on the same page. My original closing date was missed. My first rescheduled closing was also missed. We finally got it done on the third try, 5 days after the original closing date.

Communication is KEY!!!! The follow up / touch base calls should happen as scheduled. I had to reach out even after I/we had scheduled the call. I understand you guys do this every day, but to the average homeowner this is a big/important deal and we are nervous about making changes to one of the largest purchase in our life time
I had to keep following up with our agent to get updates and the process took a few weeks longer than originally promised.
Kaitlan Shea was excellent she answered all my questions and helped me with everything. She was a person I learned to trust and she guided me through the whole process very smoothly. She is an asset to your organization.
