If it was not for Michael I would have walked away from PennyMac and refinance with another company. On the day of my closing I signed a CD I had not seen before. I was told different amounts for cash to close multiple times and the title company knew more about what was happening than I did. The communication for the other departments within PennyMac is very poor
I began the process with John Kimble and then went on to Kelly Lange for my refinance. Both people were friendly and good communicators. Kelly made sure we could close on the weekend to accommodate my and my husband's work schedules. I really appreciated the great service.
Choosing PennyMac for my refinance was an incredibly unexpected fantastic decision! I knew nothing about the company but was done with the big corporate negative bank experience. With PennyMac I immediately knew I was in the best possible hands from the start of my loan application to funding of my loan. I appreciated the highly professional, competent, knowledgeable, personable customer care I received from Nichole Littleon! PennyMac is clearly the only choice. Thank you!
Nothing isn't going to be done with these useless surveys. I doubt anyone even reads them!! I've already communicated all the issues and my grievances with multiple parties within PennyMac. I would NOT recommend friends and family of them!
