I don't know if George was undertrained or overworked but his communications were terrible. Never had a conversation with him that didn't end with me being more concerned and confused than before the conversation started. Thankfully over time, I was able to get around George in order to get the process completed. There were numerous errors made along the way, that I had to work diligently to correct - none of which were resolved by George. Biggest problem was that he set up bad expectations.

With everything the world has been facing this year it took longer to speak with with someone. When the right person came along, he was of great helped, explained everything in details, took his time and made an awesome job.
