This process was so easy! They got me a low rate and had to do close to nothing! Someone came over my house to do all the paper work and everything! Communication was amazing. Amazing company and staff! Thank you so much!
Anna was great and the process was quick and easy.
Communication was lackluster at best and downright frustrating most of the time. Requests for financial documents were vague, and when we called for clarification, we received generic answers that didn't clarify what was actually being requested. Phone conversations made us feel like a burden, and our support constantly tried to get off the phone with us as quickly as possible. This was my third mortgage with PennyMac - it's likely my last.

Communication during the process was minimal. Emails went unanswered, the same documents were requested multiple times after they were submitted, and I did not receive any communication about closing documents. The only individual who contacted me about closing was the notary. The process took far longer than I anticipated and was given no indication as to why.
