Easy process with great service
Mercedes and Abdul were very clear, friendly, and professional. They ensured I was comfortable and completed all tasks with me in a timely manner. They were a great team to work with and I look forward to working with Pennymac in the future.

Streamlined process. Great communication and experience.
Communication was an issue for us, we were told many things in the beginning that were not accurate throughout the process, we were asked of the same documents more than once, and overall the process took longer than expected/promised.

I felt that Kimberly lacked experience/knowledge to answer my questions. However, she was always polite, and asked for assistance from her “boss” when she didn’t know the answers. It was just somewhat awkward.
