Start to finish was very smooth with PennyMac. They gave us great advice and were very easy to work with. There was minimal work on our end of the transaction and they kept us updated on the process with weekly phone calls and emails.
The team was so great at communicating. Rosario would call me back very quickly. She was professional, accurate and very friendly. The whole process was easy and all went well!

More communication throughout the process. I did not hear anything for two weeks regarding the application. I had emailed two times and never received a response back. Very disappointed in the communication, but impressed with how quickly and easy the refinance was.
