Awesome experience from beginning to end.
I had an awesome experience with PennyMac. They are super friendly, always ready to answer my questions, returned my calls promptly and had all my closing documents ready weeks before my closing date. Thank you Anna Eng and Martha Orellana for making this process so smoothly for me and my family .
The experience was great because it was simply explained just as it is listed in the advertising, every PennyMac representative had my feelings and not just my mortgage in mind.
Monica was FANTASTIC! I wish I could give her a higher rating. She responded to all my call and was able to answer all of my questions. She did a great job. Honestly if it wasn’t for her, I would of cancelled and went somewhere else. This was my second try at refinancing through penny Mac, the first one didn’t go through and was cancelled by penny Mac for some reason. I still don’t know why it was. Mona was absolutely great. I asked A LOT of questions and she was able to answer them all for me
