Pia and Nancy were a pleasure to work with. They were very communicative and responsive to my questions throughout.
Poor communication, incorrect names on documents, repeated attempts to solve the same problem to no avail, last minute urgenices caused by lack of communication.
Everything happen on time or ahead of time.
Sarah did an awesome job throughout the loan process. She kept us very informed, and she made herself available at every turn. She is truly an asset for PennyMac. My family and I appreciate everything she has done for us!!!

Your whole company seems very good. However, Jennifer was outstanding during the entire process. Fast to respond and always very friendly, and obviously, very bright. Due to some very surprise health issues that I just learned of last week, we were forced to cancel the transaction officially today. Same day as funding. Very sorry for the inconvenience and hopefully all will be back to normal soon. If so, we will be back to start over. Sincerely George & Pamela Cavanah
