I wrote a review earlier today about my recent experiences with PennyMac and tried to ammend it but wasnt able to so im writing another. My earlier review was not a good one but PennyMacdid try to make it righ. Someone contacted me from PennyMac this evening because of my bad review and she was able to resolve my issue. I wish it didn't take me having to leave a bad review just to get some decent customer service but she explained that their customer service reps aren't able to approve fee removals. Horrible mortgage company. Their website and phone app are outdated. When I made a payment their system generated no confirmation number to write down or sent me any email. When I went back in their website to check for pending payments there werent any listed, so i made another payment and this time received a confirmation number. Well they did take the first payment and also took the second payment . So now I am in the negative on my bank account because both payments went through .
