More communication. I had to reach out to PennyMac for all updates/status. Online uploads were done - PennyMac would say they didn't receive them.

Better communication and more timely document requests
The experience was awesome. We did not have to leave our home for anything and Paulette called us weekly with updates and answered our questions. She was very knowledgeable and professional when speaking with her. The time frame given to us in the beginning was the great and they stayed on schedule. The closing was done at the home. The closing agent was very professional and observed the social distancing as well as wearing her mask. She was quick and efficient.
The company, as well as Cesar, did an excellent job. Our closing was sooner than expected, I would recommend PennyMac Loan Services to anyone.
