Very easy process and friendly staff
The individual processing our loan was timely, thorough, and attentive to our needs. She had a precise and clear answer for all of our questions and the entire process took less time than I anticipated.
I do think there were a few hiccups in the process, but not necessarily reflective of Joe's performance. Closing took longer than expected.

More information about my loan I kinda felt rushed through the process and would have liked more communication
If I could actually talk to someone right away, not get hung up on everytime I got transferred, if my loan officer would actually be available or at least call back (hard to reach/never called back), communication was garbage throughout whole my Mac team
