Having one person to talk to through the entire process. Having a phone number that reached the same person every time you called it. Having a software program for uploading documents that is more intuitive and user friendly. Being able to access documents that you have e-signed. I’m sure there are things i have forgotten. The whole process was unpleasant.

I was a nervous customer going through my first refinance. Every time I called in, I was able to get all my questions answered and updates on the timeline. I am very grateful for all the time Ceista spent with me on the phone.

The lady I initially spoke with was awesome!! She answered all my questions! To this day I am still waiting on a call back from Barbara with an answer to my question about cash due at closing.

I had to reschedule my closing 4 times due to paperwork being inaccurate. This was very unprofessional and inconvenient. Additilly, I had to send my POA to the title company myself due to them never receiving it. When I spoke with Rebekah, she could never get me a straight answer to why the process kept getting messed up.

We started our loan process in July and didn’t end up closing until October. I understand things were taking longer with covid, but I feel that was a great deal of time and wasted money for the purposes of our refinance. I was somewhat disappointed in that regard. Two people while during the process ended up leaving pennyMac and we were shuffled around and the next people trying to play catch up.

The documentation was reasonable and contact via email became more efficient toward the middle of the process.
