I thought it was all amazing - the portal through which we uploaded and reviewed documentation was very easy to use.
my loan officer was deceitful and tried to take advantage of me. We had a conversation and agreed on one thing but then what we had agreed on was not what was presented to me. I understand that miscommunications happen but she then made up stories
