Easy process, lots of communication, didn't take long at all.
Easiest and fastest mortgage/refi I’ve ever been through. Would definitely recommend.
It honestly doesn't matter what I put here, so....
It took fours months just to refinance my existing loan. PennyMac has one person a loan officer start the process then you have to work with a loan specialist thereafter. Angel seemed very responsive and knowledgeable in the beginning once I began to complain on what was told verses what was requested she stopped emailing me back. Maxwell was extremely apologetic during his weekly checks letting me know week after week no further documents are needed. It took four months to finalize my closing!
Jason did a great job getting us through our home refinance with penny mac. Quick turn around on emails and communications was very helpful
