I began the process with John Kimble and then went on to Kelly Lange for my refinance. Both people were friendly and good communicators. Kelly made sure we could close on the weekend to accommodate my and my husband's work schedules. I really appreciated the great service.
The whole process went smooth. I was advised how the process would go and everything was done as I was advised. All the people I spoke with were efficient and accurate. I was so happy I was able to get a lower payment for my monthly mortgage!!!!
Nothing isn't going to be done with these useless surveys. I doubt anyone even reads them!! I've already communicated all the issues and my grievances with multiple parties within PennyMac. I would NOT recommend friends and family of them!
Excellent professionalism from tje beginning to the end. Mr. Jonathan Warren , who helped from the beginning with the application , and the website was very patient and kind. More than once, I was getting frustrated over the instructions. He told me to listen to him and be patient. When I called the team, Macy always answered my questions. and the entire team did a fantastic job. Thanks.
