Richard and Saviz has once again made this refinance a breeze.
It was a refi so no hitches.
There needs to be better internal communications within Pennymac. I was asked multiple times for the same things by different people after having satisfied the requests. It took 5 months to close which is too long, and it was the same issues that slowed the process down. It was a very unpleasant experience. Erica was good but even still the process was peppered with missteps and it made me seriously question the benefit of staying with Pennymac.
I would have given all 10's, but due to covid-19 the process was extremely slow and took several months to complete. Other wise it was a pleasant experience.
Process was easy and accurate.
COVID 19 impacted everyone. This refinance could have been better and smoother in my opinion under normal circumstances. I thank the M.A.C Team (Tiffany) for working with me.
