I liked getting a prompt response from the loan team. Attempted to contact several other recommended mortgage loan companies before being reminded by my spouse that PennyMac is our current mortgage managers. PennyMac reps. Contacted me within, “literally” 1 minute after requesting information. The 3 other companies I attempted to contact for information about home refi finally contacted me halfway through the refi process with PennyMac. GREAT TEAM WORK.
