Poor communication and knowledge by loan processor Dennis Mueller and loan closer Charles Carey.
There were absolutely no glitches from beginning to end. The process went directly as prescribed by our rep. There was very little work on our part in completing the process, everything seemed effortless as it was.
Everything went smoothly. It took a little longer than we thought but still in a reasonable timeframe.
Very quick and great to work with.
I was repeatedly asked for my "Permanent Resident Alien" card even though I have provided my social security number and said I was a US citizen from the start of this process. I responded saying I'm a us citizen, I was born in the US etc. I was assured it was a mistake but for about a month I was repeatedly asked to provide my permanent resident alien card. This is very concerning to me that I was being targeted for being Hispanic. Also lack of response whenever I emailed the mymacteam@ email
Over all it was a very pleasant experience and Nathan Hoffman was a very helpful partner along the way.
Sherri Viamontes did a great job to start me off in the loan process and I would recommend her to anyone. However, when it came to mr.Deion smith, he was great at replying back to me but wasn’t knowledgeable enough to direct me in the right direction when I ask about power of attorney. If I had listen to him, I probably would have spent extra money out of my pocket to hire lawyer to make a POA. at closing, my appt was cancelled and a young lady who has littleknowledge of the paper came instead.
Very professional. Loan closed easily and on time.
Beth Bewen was wonderful to work with. She answered our many questions with a kind spirit and was ALWAYS helpful. Buying a home can be stressful with deadlines and all, Beth helped us navigate the process with great skill.
