Marked down didn't close when expected.. Its a busy time for mortgage loans right now so its understood why. Had a great experience with PennyMac team during process with communication about closing. Decided to stay with Pennymac after a bad run in with Quicken loans. Glad I stayed with the Mac

The refinance process was very quick.
The process was so easy and all done in a timely manner. Service was great, communications were clear. A positive experience!
1. Scheduling appointment to sign closing documents: it took several calls, half were not returned by PennyMac. Finally we scheduled an appointment via a live phone conversation, but didn't receive any email confirmation. We called PennyMac as date approached to confirm, but no reply to our Emails or Voicemails-they didn't actually schedule it! So we had to schedule another date. 2. Closing docs: I saw 2 errors & send 3 emails & 1 voicemail with zero response & they weren't fixed.
Daily , Lisa and the MAC Team were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Im aware of their (unprecedented) volume of refi's and new mortgages. Daily took a much-deserved very brief paternity LOA which put a bit of strain in communication and difficulty when some numbers changed during the refi process. I have A+ credit and Ive gone through the mortgage and refi process many times so I know that details matter and communication is key. All in all it went well. the refi went through
