The process was extremely lengthy and cumbersome. William Slater and Nicholas Batten were great to work with and come recommended. Unfortunately PennyMac as a company was awful. As a current customer, the process was disorganized, lacked communication, and took an extremely long time. Trying to get ahold of anyone if there was an issue was impossible. I started my refinance in MAY and didn't close until the end of September! Unacceptable. If I could do it again, I would not use PennyMac.

More interaction when we had questions and faster responses to inquiries. The loan process took over 90 days which was unreasonable and has slowed the plans we had for reinvesting the cash out funds.
The whole process of refinancing was very easy.
PennyMac did a excellent job getting us refinanced. Their service was great, answering all my questions and getting the job done quickly. I would highly recommend them.
