The loan officer and Rashawna B. were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were both very patient and professional in answering any questions we had. They're very prompt in answering phone calls and emails which made the loan process very easy and worry free. We were very fortunate that they were the ones assigned to assist us with our loan. We were glad we went with Penny Mac! Thank you again for the great loan experience and we hope to work with you again in the future.
Regular outreach to keep me posted on loan progress was appreciated in order to know everything was proceeding as scheduled

During the initial call with my lender I was told that we would be able to avoid submitting paperwork such as our last paystubs, past taxes, etc. which are just kind of annoying to track down between my husband and I. It's not the end of the world but the "easy" process was what sold me on PennyMac over switching lenders so I felt EXTREMELY betrayed that I ended up having to not only provide all this information, but I'm pretty sure some of it I had to provide twice.
The experience was timely and overall pleased
