Juan was awesome! The process of working with him was great! Juan's support that he was leaning on, specifically the Appraisal team, was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! They were supposed to call. Still no call! They were supposed to help, still waiting. Their lack of follow-up, communication, and performing their duties poorly, cost me money! Thanks to Juan... the rest needs to be reviewed and those issues need to be addressed. I could use a phone call, but I am not holding my breath.
Information was given and questions were answered in a timely manner.

The process of refinancing with PennyMac was one of the most clearest, honest and painless process that I ever experienced. I would definitely recommend to others.
I thought Jamie and Micharl Krabacker did very well, and were friendly and prompt. In general it was a great experience, at the beginning as someone whom has never refinanced. I should of asked more questions, and a bit more detail would have been helpful. Other than that it was great, they worked with me very well, I just did not do enough research on my own, thank you all so much.
Julia Shupe was amazing. She was the initial person we worked with and very helpful. Joya was extremely difficult to get ahold of. She did not return calls or emails. There were 2 times that we were scheduled to sign our documents, but then they never showed up to do the signing. I couldn't get in touch with Joya to find out what was going on. When she would call, she was totally oblivious to what was going on. I finally had to go back to Julia and ask if she could get in touch with Joya.
Communication is great. Loan Officer, Donald Lucas is very responsive and has great Personality and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Gina is also great.
Poor communications skills. Unprofessional loan processors using the pandemic as an excuse not to reply to emails or return phone calls. After 2 months of incorrect paperwork, lack of communications and 2 failed closing appointments, Ms Adams was the Manager that saved this relationship.
Refinancing with Pennymac is the most convenient process I have ever experienced. The online program is top notch and no time wasted. Online payment is a breeze. Thank you for what you do.
