Hilda Kuklinski was great to work with during this long process, and I recognize that some things were beyond her control such as the length of time it took to process this re-fi (although I am a current PennyMac customer), the number of times I was asked to provide docs that were previously sent, and the lack of internal communication within PennyMac. Hilda was very responsive, and answered questions to the best of her ability, and if she didn't know, she researched and followed-up with me.
Gina, my loan helper, was great to work with. She was very responsive and made sure I understood all the next steps and what to expect along the way.
