Easy from start to finish
This was an absolutely horrible experience. In fact it may be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any company. The gross incompetence was unbelievable. See notes on this file: Karlie Ilaria
Promises were made an not kept. We did everything we were instructed to on our end and completed communication and documentation before the deadlines. We could never get clear answers as to what was holding up the process, and other departments were difficult to get in touch with. Our closing agency did not have any communication from PennyMac until the day we were supposed to close and that was only to notify them that we would not be closing.
The loan process with PennyMac was great. The loan team was professional, courteous, effective, and efficient. They did everything they said they would do and everything went according to the schedule provided. Cmmunication was clear and timely. I highly recommend the PennyMac loan team.
Great experience. 1 small snafu, but it was insignificant. Definitely great people to work with!
Both of the representatives I worked with on this Re-Fi were fantastic, they were Barbara Bellamy, and Vince Cooper. From beginning to end I felt I was in competent, helpful hands to guide me through the process. It really was seamless and went off without any issues. Thank you!
