There needs to be better internal communications within Pennymac. I was asked multiple times for the same things by different people after having satisfied the requests. It took 5 months to close which is too long, and it was the same issues that slowed the process down. It was a very unpleasant experience. Erica was good but even still the process was peppered with missteps and it made me seriously question the benefit of staying with Pennymac.
I would have given all 10's, but due to covid-19 the process was extremely slow and took several months to complete. Other wise it was a pleasant experience.
Process was easy and accurate.
COVID 19 impacted everyone. This refinance could have been better and smoother in my opinion under normal circumstances. I thank the M.A.C Team (Tiffany) for working with me.
The process was fast efficient and online which was brilliant during Covid.
Jasmine kept me abreast of anything pertinent to my loan so that I never felt as if I was in the dark about anything. If I had a question about anything she responded promptly and went above and beyond to answer or get the answers to any questions. She absolutely made this process easier for us by being responsive and caring.
Everything once it was done correctly was a good experience.
I felt I was just another number to the loan officer. After being handed over to the loan processor getting the information over to the loan officer to get answers to my questions took longer than necessary and when I got my loan docs they were incorrect 3 times. The first time when the first Notary came to sign docs, then the follow up email of the docs and then the third time when the last notary came to sign the closing costs still was incorrect. Luckily the Jasmine got them correct finally.
Great communication throughout. Process was fast, smooth and efficient.
