I’m very please with PennyMac loans services.it’s a great company to do business with.
My experience I noted was just okay because, my refi with my current lender should have been in the 2 week range and I could even see a maximum of 4 weeks. It was over 5 weeks. I feel I could have received a progress update once a week but updates were requested by me before I received anything. Would I do it again if I ever needed with Penny Mac specifically, Yes. All in all Penny Mac is a great business to work with.

Even though COVID-19 caused delays as expected, and we went through Hurricane Laura and other tropical storms in Louisiana, and the slim availability of closing agents in the my area, my team at PennyMac and AMROCK weathered the storms also and delivered when they said they would. Good job to all, saved me a lot of interest money on my home refinance. Very kind and attentive to me and my wife. A pleasure working with you all, and a specula thanks to Mr. Kepler.

Great experience! Helpful whenever I had questions and quick responses..The overall experience was good, however the communication between the company can use some help..was told no September payment and I keep getting late notices for September..hopefully that part of the company improves but the loan process was quick and easy and especially during a pandemic..
