On two separate occasion, I emailed Reginal, I didn't get a response from Reginal. I had to emailed Sherri Viamontes for answers . Sherri is amazing, she was always quick to replied to all of my emails. She is the reason I decided to choose Penny Mac as my lender after inquiring from another lender. Closing wasn't communicated to me clearly, because I wasn't told that my husband ( Jeffery Osburn) needed to be at the closing with me. not include my name publicly.
The communication once the loan went to the processor was severely lacking and unprofessional. I received multiple emails with personal identifiable information that were not meant for me and often times went weeks without proper updates. My rate lock had to be extended because the time it took to process the loan but I did not find this out until I asked.
It was very easy to get through the process.
Glenn did a good job in trying to communicate and get the loan funded. Seems to be some issue with funding team that kept the loan from funding 3 weeks after closing documents were signed. Never experienced such delay with mortgage closing. Had to follow-up multiple times before the loan was funded.
Completing our loan online was a new experience for us. Communication was clear. If we had a question it was answered in a timely manner. It was not complicated for us and everything went smoothly.

Mrs. Kami Weber, the lady who was helping me went above and beyond to help me. However, when I had to speak to her supervisor Cheeketa, who failed to call me back on numerous occasions. It took three attempts to sign the needed documents to refinance. The refinancing process took almost 8 to 9 months to complete. In addition, PennyMac has received and cashed a $4,500 check, which has not been credited to my account nor accounted for. I have yet to hear back from PennyMac for the missing check
Super friendly, super easy to deal with, easy process. Done in an extremely fast process from start to end. Always helpful, always available to get ahold of. Would highly recommend.
