Communication was lacking to me and amongst their own associates. I was the one finding mistakes and bringing it to their attention. Penny Mac was disorganized, And messed up the closing 3 different times. I would never recommend them or use them again,
Better communication. Quite often, it was hard to get through to them or for them to respond to a question.
